Senior Solutions Architect - Legal AI Scaleup

  • Own technical implementation and deployment for enterprise clients across large law, mid-law, elite boutique, and private equity firms. Configure infrastructure, application, and integrations to each client's environment, field deep product questions, and drive rollouts for strategic accounts representing millions in revenue.
  • Serve as primary technical owner across the full deployment lifecycle, partnering closely with CSMs, Engineering, Product, Sales, and RevOps. Step in wherever needed, from urgent software fixes to scoping deployments on pre-sales calls, and support fellow SAs on their own accounts.
  • First hire on a team that grew to 8, help build out the function from scratch: hiring for Solutions Architecture (SA), Pre-Sales, and Customer Success (CSM) roles, and onboarding every new joiner across SA, CSM, and Sales orgs. Launch an engineer ridealong program to keep the broader eng org close to real customer needs.

Software Engineer - Seed Stage Startup

  • Second technical hire; spearheaded changes across entire stack, implementing infrastructure, database, server-side and client-side features
  • Designed and built a robust data pipeline using dbt, DuckDB, & PostgreSQL. On daily execution, pipeline would ingest, clean & transform >100 million rows of customer data across multiple data sources and upload to API
  • Collaborated with CTO to develop a robust, secure, high-performance REST API using express to serve up to >2000 requests per hour during peak times

Amazon Web Services

Software Development Engineer - Lex/Bedrock Team

  • Planned, built and deployed changes to the Build Time API. Wrote Java-based implementation, and leveraged AWS Step Functions, EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Cloudformation stacks for execution
  • Developed a prototype to enhance existing Lex bots with LLM functionality. Using the Cloud Development Kit (CDK) to create all required infrastructure out of the box with minimal user involvement. This prototype was released externally and is publicly available.
    • Indexing and runtime run in Lambda as dockerized ECS container images. Stored source files and indexes in S3. Hosted model in Sagemaker. Index updated by automatic event listener.
    • Prototype has been cloned and utilized by >8 Solutions Architects
  • Developed a program in Python to scale EC2 hosts within impacted regions during EC2 outages. When one Availability Zone is impacted, the script automatically provisions and terminates hosts so that capacity is maintained but are moved out of the impacted zone
